Please accept this letter of recommendation for James Newman who was the realtor for my family in the sale of my father’s house in St. Petersburg, Fl.

James was very professional throughout the four months or so while we trying to sell the house.  The first thing I should say is that my brother, my sister and I do not live near the property that was sold, and James was a big help in putting up and maintaining flyers and signs on the property and keeping in contact with us all as well.  James constantly gave us email updates on the latest news about the sale, including on nights and weekends.  He also offered to have a closing by mail if none of us wanted to come to St. Petersburg for the closing.

James has a positive, upbeat attitude and he is very easy to deal with.  During the moments of frustration that inevitably accompany deals like real estate sales, James was always understanding and explained well why he needed what he did from us.   

He also created an excellent webpage for the property and it is clear from that website as well as others he has created that he knows how to market properties well.  I am sure that James’ marketing abilities were part of the reason the final buyer came back to the table twice after we had not accepted his lower offers.
